WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We accept returns on select items, in their original packaging and condition, within 7 days of receipt. To determine return eligibility, please review the product listing. Please note, all made-to-order pieces are final sale and non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping and our team recommends using a service that provides shipping insurance. DWA does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost or damaged in transit.
Once your items are received, refunds are credited to the original form of payment, less outbound shipping.

*Please note, we do not offer support for orders once shipped outside of the United States by a freight forwarder or similar service. If you elect to use a freight forwarder, items should be inspected prior to international forwarding.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
If you receive an item that’s defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’d be happy to source a replacement or process a refund. Otherwise, we’re unable to offer an exchange. If your item is returnable, you may return it and place a new order for the product you prefer.
WHAT IF SOMETHING IS MISSING OR INCORRECT IN MY ORDER?
If your order arrives incorrect in any way, please contact us within 7 days of receipt via our Contact Form. We’ll be happy to source a replacement or process a refund.

US SHIPPING
Within the US, most of our items are shipped by USPS and delivered within 7-10business days.

A tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your package has shipped.
